The clinic was purchased from the original owner in early 2024 and driven across country to Florida where it is now.

Been through 3 Northeast winters but I had it under coated every fall before snow. It keeps the salt out. No rust at all.

The undercoat that crept around the door edges will be cleaned up, it's just the oil. Then I will get some better pictures.

I'm sorry about the dog hair. I have an Aussie Shepherd who rides with me, and he is shedding!

The seats have been fitted with Carhartt covers since they were new, so I assume they’re in pristine condition underneath.

I also added a cell phone booster, improving the signal in weak service areas.

This 2022 Mercedes Sprinter Van custom built for mobile veterinary services to:

run blood work
perform dental
perform surgery

Van equipped with Modular Electric Power System (MEPS) to proved 6500kW of power with out the need of a large generator.

The design and build were done as a partnership between myself and a local RV/Van conversion center.

Extended Warranty coverage Van for non-wearable parts. 5 Years (4 are remaining) or 100,000 miles. Whichever is first.

The electrical system (MEPS) that powers the van requires the battery to be connected to the engine. The engine acts as the source of power to the battery which in turn powers the electrical in the van. The addition of that unit would be considered an addition to the engine. This system is commonly used in ambulances.This is what prevents the need for a large generator in the back of the van.

The engine does have to run for the power to work. There is one electrical outlet that the refrigerator is powered by that can be kept running through the external inlet (110V) while the van is off.

The A/C unit is atop the van. Coleman polar cub 9,200 BTU with heat strip

Last Used in March 2024 - It has not been driven. Just started to keep the engine running every couple of weeks.

Question: What is needed to run a refrigerator, blood analyzer and radiology equipment? Just turn the engine on? Or an external power source? What is the average miles/gallon of diesel?

Answer:

Just turn the engine on and turn on the MEPS system (light switch on the cabinet).
Normally I would park the vehicle and let it idle and turn on the systems to do appointment.
Mpg when idling is 0.3 g/hr, when driving average was 14mpg.
My average with those two combined - average was 11.5 mpg.
I would fill up every 2-3 days with heavy use. Fuel tank is 24.5 gallons.

You have the ability to plug into external power, but it is only a 110 outlet. Intent is to keep the fridge powered when the vehicle is not on.

Answers to other questions:

1. Accident was repaired in March of 2024. There was some body damage to the metal siding, so new metal siding was installed on the drivers side.

2. Everything works. Battery, cabinets and electrical. Last test driven about 4weeks ago.

3. A small wire cage was placed under the work desk (where the computer is) when it was in use. A large cage would likely jut too much into the walkway of the vehicle.

4. Rear wheels are single set of tires not double

5. There is no climate control when not in use. The inlet would have to be switched from a 110 inlet to a 30amp most likely to run the A/c or heater when not in use.

6. I did perform surgery on the lift table with a plastic v-tray for positioning. I used a head lamp for most of my visualization. (Oxygen concentrator and anesthesia machine have been sold but worked well with the setup)

9- Is it possible to add a portable radiology unit anywhere? The ad was originally listed for $200,000 and included xray set up. The seller decided to sell the xray and anesthesia separately. Those items are sold now but I am attaching 2 pictures so you can see what it looked like.

Here is an idea of what one xray dealer would charge you for the exact same brand new Xray System as seen in the picture:

I bought this box intending for my daughter to use it, but she is not going to in the foreseeable future.

I have gone through everything and replaced the 12 volt wiring plug and socket, the 120 volt plug and indicator light.

The pump works as it should in the front and back.

The interior lights work.

It looks like it had a refrigerator at some point, but it does not have one with it.

Includes the hoses and wiring harness to connect to the truck.

The drawers all slide freely and lock in place as they should.

The fiberglass is in good condition with a few minor cosmetic cracks.

All of the locks work as they should and it includes a key.

Lifting bar: I also made a lifting bar for it to properly lift from all three lifting hooks.

I have winterized the pump and hoses with RV antifreeze and flushed the truck heater with fresh vehicle antifreeze.

It is ready to be used or stored for the winter.

Cab of truck has good heating & AC!

“As is” sale - there are a few minor repairs that need to be done, such as one of the hydraulic jacks, none of which will affect its mechanical roadworthiness:

The front L hydraulic jack does not retract properly, the water tank has a small leak, and the cover of the forward AC unit needs to be replaced. The water pump was replaced shortly after we began using it (roughly Dec ‘22)

My mechanic did emissions testing/state inspection summer of 2024. He had replaced the stolen catalytic converter.

1.) Mechanically, the truck runs flawlessly, passed Texas emissions inspection

2.) Clinic Heat & AC: Rooftop unit for the AC & (2) wall-mounted heaters - All in good working order (AC is not ice-cold, may need recharge. We added fans during the summer and all was well. The wall heaters are GREAT!)

3.) Minor hail damage to roof which I have had patched up, but there does not appear to be any water damage.
The front AC unit’s cover was cracked in a hail storm - We gooped it up with silicon caulk & it does not leak anymore.
The bathroom skylight was also cracked & was replaced.
No apparent water damage to interior

1999 Bowie Unit - Pick up only in Ohio

The fridge was working the last time this unit was used in February. The truck it’s on doesn’t start so I couldn’t get it to an outlet to try it today. I have someone who’s able to take it off the truck, so only pick up is needed, not removal from the bed
